If you decide that you want to make such a small dog, do not worry, if you do not have a sewing machine, you can sew it and manually, as shown in the picture. To create such a toy, in addition to felt, you need to prepare a few pins, a needle and a thread, material for stuffing our dog (this can be a sintepon or cotton wool), prepare a pair of buttons or beads to replace the muzzle. Getting to work on making a dog from felt, as always, you must first prepare a pattern. To do this, print out the existing diagram, you can draw it. Fit the resulting pattern to the size you want. 
Now proceed to open the fabric. After sweeping the parts, fasten all parts of the pattern with pins and sew by hand. If you use a sewing machine, stitch the parts from the inside out, straighten all the shoemakers, and then carefully turn it to the front. To make it easier for you, you can use a stick.
