Shoes for a snowman If your child's legs are open, then make sure to use white tights. As for the shoe itself, the best option will be felt boots white or gray. You can replace them with dummy boots, but keep in mind that the child will get hot indoors. Also, for a snowman, thick woolen socks or shoe covers sewn from fabric may well come off.
