It is desirable that the material is water-repellent, otherwise you can seriously catch a cold in such a hat. Lining is also an important part of the cap,it should be light and pleasant to the touch. It is best to use soft knitwear, fleece or flannel for a hat, you can even silk. As a heater you can choose batting or sintepon, although you can do without this layer. It all depends on the quality of your lining. During cutting, it is important to follow the direction of the share thread. When working on patterns, it is very important to be careful, because an incorrectly cut piece will ruin the whole structure, and as a result, the headdress will be uncomfortable, ugly and will have to spend a lot of time for redoing. With the help of a simple winter hat pattern, you can make a wide variety of models. For example, you can choose different materials for the lining and insulation. Or take out the means, and with your own hands make an excellent winter hat made of real fur.
