For storing any small but necessary itemsdetails, such as jewelry, we often use boxes or caskets. The difficulty in storing these things is that they are easy to lose among larger objects. Therefore, the place for storing them should be small. I suggest weaving a basket from rubber bands. You can store any small things in it.Materials and tools:

• rubber bands of 2 colors;
• machine;
• hook;
• clip.

We weave on a machine.We will need only 2 outer rows. You can take absolutely any colors. We will weave the basket from top to bottom, so first we will form the rim. It will be lilac. We will take 1 rubber band. We will place them on the machine so that they cross between the pins of the machine. The rubber bands need to be placed along the entire length of the machine.This is our basic series, we will not count it.We lower the rubber bands as low as possible and lay out the next row in exactly the same way, but we do not cross the rubber bands. On each pin we have 2 rubber bands at the bottom and 2 rubber bands at the top. We need to grab the 2 bottom ones with a hook, pull them out and drop them through the pins into the center of the weaving.We have knitted the 2nd row. We knit in the same way 2 more rows with lilac elastic bands. Not counting the basic row, we have knitted 3 rows. Next we will simply change the elastic bands to blue (or any other).We will weave 10 more exactly the same rows. That is, we place 1 blue rubber band along the entire perimeter of the loom and throw the bottom 2 rubber bands inside.Next we knit another row with lilac rubber bands.color (or the same as you had the first 3 rows). The basket is ready, we just need to remove it from the loom and form a bottom for it. To do this, grab the bottom elastic band on the last pin of the top row of the loom with a hook. But grab it from the inside, pushing the top one aside. Put this bottom elastic band on the last pin of the bottom row. Now insert the hook inside the last pin of the bottom row, push 2 elastic bands aside and get 1 bottom one from the inside. Pull it out and put it on the pin in front. That is, we kind of returned the elastic band to the pin on which we put it. And so we do, inserting the hook into each pin, in turn along the bottom row.We turn the machine around and do the same thing ontop row. We insert the hook inside the last pin and pass 2 lilac rubber bands, throw their other side onto the hook and form a knot. We have secured the loops that could fall apart. The rest are fastened together. Just remove the basket from the loom.We form the bottom, it will be blue, but you cantake the lilac one. We will not need a loom for it. We will weave using a magic ring. We wind 1 blue elastic band three times on the hook and pull another elastic band through it. There are 2 loops on the hook, we will pass 1 under the other. We get a knot, but do not tighten it too much. We return the hook to the initial ring (1 elastic band) and pull another elastic band through it. There are 3 loops on the hook, we pass 1 through the second and third and again pass the hook into the initial ring. Thus, weaving continues until 6 loops are collected. The 6th loop will be on the hook. We will put a clip on it. We always do this at the end of the row. Now we need to increase the diameter of the circle. That is, we pass the hook through each loop twice. The next row will be woven according to the 1-2-1-2 pattern. That is, through the 1st loop we knit 1 elastic band, and through the 2nd already 2 elastic bands. Through the 3rd again 1 and so on. The next row according to the scheme: 1-1-2-1-1-2. And another 1 row according to the scheme: 1-1-1.Now we attach the bottom to the basket and sew it on.elastic bands. Insert the hook through 2 loops on the bottom and through 2 loops on the basket. The loops should be exactly one above each other. Pull 1 lilac elastic through all the loops on the hook. Pull 1 loop through 2 and make a knot. Insert the hook through the next 4 loops, that is, 2 - on the bottom and 2 - on the basket and again pull 1 elastic through all the loops on the hook. Make a knot again. We knit like this until we sew on the bottom. Here is such a simple but beautiful basket!
