Amazing sculptures from compact discs
The time for CDs has almost passed. In place of "bangles" came flash drives, drives, huge amounts of hard disk storage and storage of information on file sharing. A huge number of compact discs with information are waiting for oblivion, a garbage site and, at best, re-processing. Or they can expect a second life in the form of a sculpture from CDs, like, for example, these stunning animal figures! 
Sean Avery (Sean Avery), illustrator of childrenBooks, an artist and an industrial designer, uses old unnecessary disks to create amazing figures of animals, people and fairy-tale creatures. Each disc Shawn cut into small pieces, and then collects sculptures from CDs, striking fine detailing. 
The work also uses old chipsComputers and equipment, details of tape recorders, televisions, players and household appliances. In other words, the artist uses only secondary raw materials for his handmade masterpieces. 
All parts are glued together with a hotHot-melt adhesive. If the sculpture is supposed to be large, the designer uses a foam base. Dimensions of sculptures are different, with a height of 20 cm to 1 m! Many of them can be done by themselves.
