We consider the radius of the circumference of the waist: R = OT / 2P, where OT is the waist circumference, and II is an unchangeable value, is 3.14. For example: 540 mm / (2 * 3,14) = 86 mm. First, we calculate the perimeter of the 2 circles of the skirt using the formula P = 2π, where r is the length of the skirt. for example, 2 * 3.1470 cm = 440 cm. Remembering that we have two blanks, we get 440 cm * 2 = 880 cm as a result. 3. As a result, it turns out that the frills will be 880 cm * 2 = 1760 cm, this is approximately 18 m. It turns out six strips of 3 m long and 220 cm wide of black chiffon fabric and six strips of 3 m, only the width is 170 mm of bright material. 4. We strip the strip with a stitching stitch into 2 rings of 18 m, and then decorate it with an oblique bake. 5. Now we are assembling the frill. We lay the stripes (black down, bright on top) and stitch on the outside, making an indentation of about 2 cm. then evenly distribute the ruffles along the entire length and spread out. 
Belt: 1. we cut the cloth flap a little more in length than the circumference of the waist and the width we select for the necessary elastic band for the belt. Straining the belt to the skirt, it is necessary to leave the hole in order to install the elastic band. 
TOP: 1. from a bright fabric we cut out a figure of the rectangular form, the width of which is equal to two circles of the waist, and after sewing it all with a boring elastic band. 2. From black and bright material we cut out strips for a ruff about 1.5 m long and decorate with oblique bake. We put them through so that we can then install the rubber band. 3.
