Currently, fans of traditions in Russiatake a great interest in traditional clothes. But now it is very problematic to sew such an outfit. Modern fabrics do not fit in technology and tradition. Only certain knowledge and preserved secrets of tailoring the Russian folk costume allow us to recreate clothes worn several centuries ago. And if you think that the Russian folk costume -it is a sundress and a shirt, then you are mistaken. One of the elements of a russky folk costume is a shower. It is indispensable in the winter version of the national dress. And our presented shower-shower is executed similarly to the historical construction. For showering, you need material for tableclothslength 130 cm and width 140 cm. The central line of the front half is along the share line. The central seam of the back halves is oblique (in the olden according to the share). To create a pattern you need to measurecircumference above the breast - this will be the top edge of the outfit. Further it is necessary to increase by 100 mm for assembly. In this case, we obtain c = 104 cm. Using the circumference formula c = 2π, where 2π = 6.3, we find the radius equal to 16.5 cm. We draw a circle. The front half is moved 5.5 cm upwards. Building the bottom edge of the suit, given the desired length. For example, take 44 cm. Now you need to reduce the flare of the front half of the shower. Align the pattern (note the picture). For a given material width of 140 cm, the pattern is suitable. We carry out the tolerances for wrinkles and assembly on the back half. Then: • Decorate the edges of the front. It is necessary to cut out all the details from the material for finishing and to lay with non-woven fabrics. Edges decorate with braid. Make folds in the corners on the braid. • Padding with non-woven fleece. To iron and stitch the decor elements along the edges, not forgetting about the buttonhole. • Stitch the center line on the back half. Ironing wrinkles. We make a seam on the top and back. We pull and create the assembly. • To make straps, you need to flap fabrics that have a length of 300 mm and a width of 50 mm. We decorate with braid. The straps to the back are attached to the "frog"which is a one-piece on the back half of the projection in the form of a trapezoid, which improves the fit of the outfit and the better fastening of the straps. It is better to cut the "frog" right away. But, if not, then you can sew it later. • Cut two elements of the "frog". • We sew, while checking that the width of the straps coincides with the holes on it. • We sew straps. Stretch everything to the center of the back half • By adjusting the length of the straps, we spread them to the front. • Cut the lining. We perform assembly, wrinkles. We attach the shower with lining, at the same time leave holes. We make a cut for the rounding, we turn and iron it. • Stitch the holes manually. • We decorate the upper edge of the back half with braid. The traditional shower is ready!
