How to tie a white peacock cape

Dear ones, thank you for your kind wordsmy creativity. Your opinion is very important to me. I am writing how to knit a cape "White Peacock". 1) Make a cape pattern. Mark the yoke on the pattern. The yoke can be of any shape to your taste. Then select the elements (flowers, leaves, cords, etc.) and lay them out on the yoke (face down). Then connect the laid out composition with an irregular grid. Lay out the edge of the yoke with a beautiful knitted border or cord (after the bottom of the cape is knitted) and sew. 2) Knit the bottom of the cape with an irregular grid in circles, lay them out on the pattern and connect them with an irregular grid between themselves. Mohair yarn (yarn art). 3) Then knit feathers from Tango yarn (yarn art), simply dialing chains of air loops of the required length. Having preliminarily marked the direction of the feathers on the pattern with small gaps, lay out one feather at a time and sew to the mesh. 4) Then crochet or knit the bottom of the cape with Tango yarn. Sew the eyes to the feathers, distributing them in a checkerboard pattern. 7) Knit the collar with Tango grass (you can use knitting needles with knit stitches on the front side and purl stitches on the back side), picking up loops along the neckline. 8) Sew on some pretty hooks or buttons and the cape is ready.
