How to make a magnificent bow in Kansas technique for a girl, a detailed step-by-step master class with a photo and a description of the work
Women love jewelry regardless of age.Even at the dawn of mankind, ancient women wore beautiful shells, stones, and bone crafts. With the discovery of precious metals by man and the beginning of jewelry making, jewelry firmly settled in boxes on boudoir tables. Even the smallest girl wants something bright and original for herself. Of course, there is no need to hang the baby with jewelry. But a beautiful lush bow will do just fine. There are many options for both festive and ordinary days. We suggest you make a voluminous bow for a little princess using the kanzashi technique. It can be attached to a hair clip, elastic band or hairpin and create completely different and original hairstyles. You can decorate it with beads, rhinestones or sparkles if you wish. Your little daughter will definitely be the most beautiful.Materials for work:
- Tape of satin with a width of 2.5 cm (color you can choose one that you like);
- Tweezers;
- Glue gun or transparent glue;
- Candle or lighter;
- Scissors;
A bow with such materials is approximately 12 - 15 cm in diameter. You need to cut the satin ribbon into pieces 11 cm long. For one bow you will need from 45 to 50 pieces.Now you need to fold the piece in half with glossy paperside inwards in half. Apply glue to the fold line at one central point so that the glue is distributed along both halves of the segment for several millimeters. The edges must be clean.
Turn the workpiece inside out, carefully holding the glued parts. And clamp with tweezers until completely dry as shown in the photo. The glue dries quickly, so don't worry.
Now that everything has dried and set, you need to bend the ends of the ribbon in half lengthwise, as in the photo.
As if you were opening a book, bend one half of the ribbon to the left and the other to the right.
Now overlap the left and right halves and melt the edges over the fire. They do not need to be glued separately. The flame has already done this.
Process all the remaining pieces of tape in exactly the same way. Here's what you get.
Now it remains to fix the blanks on the base. To do this, you need to take a piece of felt about the size of a cotton pad.
All that remains is to glue the petals in a circle. The very first row must be attached as close to the edge of the base circle as possible.
Attach each subsequent circle in a checkerboard pattern. The ribbon blanks are attached in each subsequent circle closer to the center.
This is what happened.
You can decorate the bows with rhinestones or make a center from a decorative button or beads. Try new combinations of colors, shades and various decorations.
