Mishmash bench of bicycle saddles
Bicycle parts are often useddesigners to create new, original and unusual interior items, such as chairs or lamps. Canadian designer Jeremy Petrus used seats from city bikes to create a cute, and most importantly, comfortable bench.
The MishMash bench was created by the designer in collaboration with the Selle Royal studio and is inspired by the musical term mash-ups, that is, combining two songs to make one.
The saddles are not from racing or sports bikes, but from city bikes, so they are wide, soft, spring-loaded and very comfortable as a backrest and seat for the new bench.
