To work on the flower we need:Fifty grams of light green glass beads (Czech), lilac or dark lavender glass beads (100 grams), thin copper wire (make sure the wire can be pulled through the beads), florist's tape (green or dark green), scissors or wire cutters. Prepare a small vase or a simple tall glass. The simpler the vase, the better and brighter your lavender bouquet will look.
You don't have to use glass beads, youyou can easily work with regular beads, choosing the right shades. Make a color scheme for the plant for yourself, and it will be easy for you to navigate the color scheme. The volume of the lavender bouquet depends on the time spent or the amount of beads. The more beads - the more lush the bouquet will be. If you need a quick and urgent gift - you can make three to five branches, then with abundant inflorescences.
Also consider the size and height of the vase you choose.Pay attention to the quality of the beads in the bag. Often there are defective beads, it is better not to use them, and then you will get a neat work.
Let's start with the blanks. Cut the wire into forty-cm lengths, align it, and string 30-38 beads on the middle of the wire. Bend and form a petal. We make 171 of these branches.
To make lavender leaves, place in the middlewire collect 26-30 beads. Then twist two leaves on one branch. You need two such branches per lavender branch: approximately 34-38 pieces. Hurray! Our branches are completely ready for assembly. We collect lavender - we put two branches next to each other and connect. Next, we twist the wire, thus forming a "leg", the length of which is about half a centimeter, it can be smaller, for the density of inflorescences, One inflorescence consists of nine elements of buds.
The excess wire is cut off. A finished branch of 13-15 cm remains.
We carefully straighten the inflorescences in a circle, placing the buds. We wrap the stem with floral tape, going around the leaves. After that, we gather the branches together and enjoy the beauty we have created.
All that remains is to move the bouquet into a vase and wrap it up.festive ribbon - and a handmade beaded gift is ready. We hope you really enjoyed weaving such an original beaded souvenir with us! We wish you bright and joyful holidays!
