Bows on the Christmas tree from the ribbon: master class
A wonderful addition to the festive decorationNew Year's tree will be bows on the Christmas tree. They can be made with your own hands for some half hour (or even less) in any quantities. A packing tape made of nylon (organza) with wire reinforcement along the contour of the canvas will serve as the basis for the bows. By the way, we finished the same ribbon.
For the manufacture of bows on the Christmas tree from the tape will need:
a roll of gift wrapping tape; narrow damask in tone packaging; scissors.
Bows on the tree with their own hands: a master class
The size of the bows depends on several factors:
- the size of the Christmas tree itself;
- tape width;
- your personal ideas of the beautiful.
Therefore, we offer you to unwind and fold the ribbon a little, as shown in the photo below, to estimate how much ribbon it will take to create one bow. Next, cut off a piece of tape of the desired length and use it as a measure, cutting the rest of the tape into segments of the same length. With a narrow ribbon, everything is more or less clear: for each bow we took 20 cm of ribbon, given that the tails would cover the paw of the Christmas tree and it would also be nice to have defiantly sticking out in all directions. Cut the narrow ribbon into segments in an amount corresponding to the number of segments of the packaging tape. Pay attention to the cut brocade ribbon. We wrap the packing tape in a ring with a small but expressive overlap: it will be a shame if the tips start to pop up. We pinch the opposite end: for us it will be a mark of the central part of the bow. Combine the ends of the tape with this pinch. Align on the table. In fact, the process will go very quickly, onone or two you will put your hand, and the rest will be done just instantly. How to lay a ribbon. I pawned it in two ways. The first one is reducing the frameworks to a single point, while the ribbon was tucked inside the bow. Another way is to simply lay the cloth accordion, with both sides of the bow at the same time. Formed bow intercept the narrow tape. If necessary, we slightly move it, finding the middle, and tie it into two knots as tightly as possible. The wings of the bow are straightened - according to the method described above, they are extremely neat.
How to make bows of ribbon on the tree of different sizes
Everything is very simple: when forming a bow from the available pieces of tape, we simply overlap the tips more or less. It turns out like this. That's what we did.
How to store
Considering that the tape is reinforced with flexible wire,you can, each year getting the bows for the Christmas tree, waste time trying to straighten them. And you can put in a cardboard box or a plastic container and always keep them in a state of festive readiness. Beautiful holidays!
