Straightening with your own hands

Straightening with your own hands

Maybe you had this, bought or orderedclothes, a top on straps or a sarafan, and these very straps are short. In general, the thing is suitable, even very, but such a nuisance! A couple of months ago I bought myself a pair of pajamas - a T-shirt with slim little laces and shorts. I like knitted soft things from natural fibers. The price was, to say a little affordable, very low, so I did not try on it. At home an unpleasant surprise was waiting for me! Calling girlfriends in the hope that somebody will come in handy, did not. Cheap pajamas - not a mink fur coat and not an evening dress "haute couture"! To throw out or start up on rags it is a pity. The most necessary item of the women's wardrobe - a bra - pushed me to a genius idea. I decided to increase the straps! And do not just sew more pieces of stripes, but make them adjustable. So, to realize my idea, I bought four small metal buckles with lintels (you can buy two buckles and two rings that are the same in color and close in size, I did not suffer) and 1 meter of satin ribbon of the right color (on my shirt Satin bows that will blend in with the ribbon). Such buckles are sold in fabric stores, there are plastic, metal, multicolored, different sizes and shapes (in the form of hearts, for example). Satin ribbons can be replaced by oblique bake, which are sold in a large variety or, if the texture of the fabric does not fit, or the color, prepare yourself. Sequence of actions 1. Strongly restraining straps on the back, I sewed buckles there with small pieces of tape. Straightening with your own hands 2. Then I sewed an extensible tape to the home strap of the shirt and put it into the second buckle. 3. I joined the strap and back. 4. The hardest thing for me was to push the tape through the jumper of the adjusting buckle. 5. Sew the tape. Doing such manipulations with strapsas it is impossible, by the way, suitable for children's clothing. The child can stretch out for the season, and the dress is still in season, with the exception of short straps. Today's assortment in hardware stores can inspire anyone, even far from sewing, a person.
