I baked the Santa Cresima cake for Martina and Giorgi.Everything is made by hand. The sponge cake was cut into 4 layers. Soaking: coffee, boiled water, lemon juice, sugar, Strega liqueur. Cream: custard, whipped cream, mascarpone. The cake is covered with sugar mastic.
