About three years ago I knitted one like this to order.The customer liked it and I was immediately asked to knit a second one for her discharge from the maternity hospital. The blanket turned out light and lacy. Yarn Alize Bella, hook 1.75. The length is about 120 cm, and the width is 80 cm. It took 8-10 skeins of yarn. I added the motifs during knitting in the last row. Knitting pattern for the blanket:
