We continue to build a series of 40 modules each. The large ball contains 16 rows (including the firstrow). During assembly, a spherical shape does not immediately appear. But the whole figure is rather flexible. Imagine that you are holding a clay pot. It is necessary to immerse the fingers inside and gradually bend the walls, giving the necessary shape. The last row is made 4 modules smaller. To reduce by two modules, it is necessary to put a pair of modules not on 4, but on 6 corners. We put on the first row of the head, threading the modules with a right angle outwards. The next row is collected, as usual. We continue to collect rows of 36 modules. It turns 9 rows (including the first). We form a ball of them. The base for the snowman is ready. Hands, mouth and eyebrows do by rolling flagella out of strips of corrugated paper. Eyes can be made from velvet paper or from ready-made accessories for toys. A snowman's nose is a paper cone. All this is glued to the figure of the modules. You will probably say that the classic modular origami is going to be without glue and you will be a little wrong. Without glue, only the modules themselves are assembled, ornaments and accessories preferentially sits on the glue. We begin to collect a hat for a snowman - 3 rows of 22 modules, we lock it in a ring and turn it out. For brightness, you can collect 1 row of a hat of a different color. In total, the cap consists of 8 rows. We put it on the snowman. We decorate New Year's snowman from origami, colored ribbon-scarf and beads with buttons.
