Knitting pattern for Bolero for girls. Detailed description with photo for beginners and experienced knitters
Little girls love to dress up.To please your daughter, knit a bolero for her. This is a small blouse with short sleeves or simply a cape on the shoulders. In autumn, it is better to knit a jacket with knitting needles, then it will be thick and warm. For knitting you will need 200 g of yarnlight pink and knitting needles number three. We begin knitting a bolero with a pinkie. Cast on 75 loops and knit three rows only with the purl stitch. Go to the front surface, stepping back from the edge by 4 loops, and add one loop 6 times in every eighth row. After you knit 15 cm, close three loops twice on both sides at the beginning of the row to form a small armhole. At a height of 27 cm, you need to make a cutout for the neck. To do this, in the next row you need to close 38 loops exactly in the center. And then knit each part separately. And so on two rows, then close the neck along the edge on both sides with four loops. We have 12 loops left that need to be closed. At the next stage of our work we knit the right oneshelf. Cast on two loops and knit 3 rows only with purl stitch, then with the front one. On the front side, add 15 loops from the right edge in every second row, stepping back 3 loops. Then on every fourth and every second row, 5 times one loop. Do the same along the left edge of the product. When the height of the bolero becomes equal to 15 cm, close for the armhole on each purl row six loops, then one, and at the end two. In order to make the neckline, also start closing along the right edge in the second row four loops. When only 12 loops remain, close at a height of 28 cm. Knit the left shelf in the same way.Next we move on to the sleeves. To do this, cast on 66 stitches and knit only two rows of purl, then knit, while you need to close three stitches on both sides, then two times 3 stitches and 12 times one stitch, the remaining 12 stitches also need to be closed. So we connected all the components of our bolero. Now we start assembling the product. Start with the shoulder seams. Pick up 65 loops vertically along the vertical edge, 32 loops along the neckline, then 48 loops along the neckline of the left and right shelves. Next, knit two rows of purl only, close all the loops. Now make the side seams, then sew the sleeves into the armholes. It remains to make the ties. Cut six threads no longer than 55 cm, twist three threads together and tie knots at the ends. Sew the ties to the bolero. Thus, we got a wonderful bolero for a girl of about six years old. She will be happy to wear such a blouse.
