A lesson on making an original tie for a blouse or school shirt with kanzash technique with rhinestones
The kanzashi technique is used to create not only headbands, elastic bands, but also other accessories – ties. The combination of curves of ribbons and lace makes an unusually beautiful accessory that will suit the blouse of a stylish lady or student. The kanzashi tie can be in any color, this master class describes an example of creating a classic decoration in black and white tones.Prepare the following ribbons for the tie:
You will also need large artificial stones.black. It is desirable that the jewelry has facets, this will allow the stones to shimmer in the sun and the accessory will not look prim. Stones add a certain final touch to jewelry, the work without them will look completely different, so it is necessary to carefully plan the scattering of jewelry on the product and responsibly approach their choice. One stone to highlight the center of the accessory should be especially large, but at the same time try to seem not massive and not depressing. You can shade the black stones with sparkling white rhinestones of a small size. All elements of the product must be fastened with a special glue that will reliably fix the dense rep, but at the same time will not have a smell, color and other negative qualities, so there are certain requirements for the choice of the fastener. Hot melt glue, which is obtained by melting special plastic rods using an electric device such as a gun, meets all the wishes. You can also use a tube of Moment Crystal glue It does a lesser job of holding parts together, but it is cheaper and is only good for 1-2 jobs, so if you plan to create masterpieces and get involved in the kanzashi technique, then prepare some “hot” glue.At the first stage, we begin cutting out the ribbons. Each layer of the tie has its own length, so the pieces are cut to size. Large pieces are used for the bottom layers, so first cut two 320 cm pieces from the black ribbon. Each piece must be folded in half in the center and the edges must be glued together to form a drop shape. The central part must not be pressed or folded; the bend must lie freely, like the lower border of a drop. Cut two more 18 cm pieces from the black ribbon and create similar shapes from them. For the central layers of the tie, you will need two 15 cm pieces of black and one piece of the same length, but in white.
All these details are glued to the repa blank 8-9 cm long. First, glue the white part strictly vertically in the center, then attach two black blanks at an angle to the center. At the next stage of assembly, cling to the center of a smaller black element, which is located strictly in the middle. The remaining parts in black decorate the work on the sides, they are fixed at an angle to the center line. The next step is to create a kanzashi bow, which will be located at the top of the tie and will determine the final appearance of the accessory. For this part, you will need two pieces of white ribbon: 20 cm and 24 cm, you will also need pieces of lace of the appropriate size. Since it is necessary to put guipure on top of the white ribbon. Fix two different textures of fabric together with transparent glue, which is applied very carefully with a toothpick in several places, press the layers of ribbons for a short time so that the rep and guipure stick together. A ring is formed from a double ribbon, that is, one edge of the blank is glued to the other, turning the element into a circle. Next, apply a drop of glue to the joint line of the ring, but from the back side, and immediately squeeze the piece so that the two opposite sides are glued together and a bow is formed. Similar manipulations are performed with the 24 cm pieces, and a slightly larger blank is obtained. To create the central bow, you will need two more blanks in the form of bows, but from single-layer black rep. For them, take 15 cm pieces and create simple bows. Let's start assembling the upper bow: first, glue the largest piece of double ribbons strictly horizontally to the upper part of the tie base.
Then two black blanks are glued, but notvertically and not horizontally, but with a slight offset to get a semblance of the letter "X". The last element of rep and lace is fixed with glue on top of all the parts and is located strictly horizontally. Let's start decorating the tie with stones. Do not place them very often, focusing on the central part at the top of the product and sometimes add light rhinestones to the black material so that they shade other artificial stones, and the work looks harmonious: not defiant and not dull. It is very important for the craftswoman to have a sense of harmony, only knowing certain laws of beauty does the needlewoman create truly beautiful and unique things. Follow all the points for creating a kanzashi tie and you will certainly have a new stylish accessory for a blouse of any color.
