This master class will show and tell about a popular method of postcards made using scrapbooking technique. You will need a lot of interesting materials, but thanks to this - your postcard will really become memorable and will be remembered by your friends, relatives or loved ones for many years. Presents and creative postcards are prepared using special materials. Below is a short list of necessary materials specifically for creating and recreating a unique postcard with your own hands
- Paper for scrap in the New Year style. Beige colour. The size of 30x30 centimeters.
- It will take a light gray paper pastel, as well as a piece of watercolor paper
- Felling in the form of a Christmas tree or pine
- Satin's summer with bows, a ribbon ribbon with a snowman, a ribbon of blue color from organza material
- It will take a punch, scissors, canadasik, ruler, needle, rubber band
- You also need to prepare two-sided adhesive tape
- Take black and gold ink for processing
- Stamps for New Year's wishes and of course, a beautiful snowflake from the pearl.
We will need a small sheet of paper.light gray pastel color. From it it is necessary to prepare a blank for a postcard. The size of the blank is 10.5 centimeters by 16 centimeters. It must be unfolded to a horizontal position. Let's take a sheet of paper and divide it into two parts. Using scissors, as well as a ruler, we need to make a line for the fold. From it, we will form the fold of the blank.
Making the blanks Then, you need to takescrapbooking paper and turn it over with the decorative side away from us. After, you need to measure a rectangle measuring 10 centimeters by 15.5 centimeters. Also, it needs to be cut out. Under the workpiece, you need to attach a grosgrain ribbon decorated with a snowman. Also, you should make a small version of the stock so that it is possible to tuck the workpiece. Then, the tape needs to be cut off. After, tuck and attach the product diagonally. As shown in the photo. Using the reverse side, we fix the product with tape on both sides. The tape must be stitched using a machine. As with paper, we work along the circular part. Then, pillows with stamps are needed to decorate the congratulatory inscription. Next, we form a rectangle where the congratulatory inscription will be located. From the edges, we make tinting with gold ink. It should turn out as in the photos.
Preparing a postcard
Using a sewing machine, we sew on the inscription of congratulations. The white Christmas tree is greased with the help of the back side, with the help of PVA glue. Then, the Christmas tree needs to be placed on the postcard.
Afterwards, the base of the pastel needs to be glued usingdouble-sided tape. After, you need to take the decoration blanks from scrap paper. We glue the base. Using watercolor paper, we prepare the base of the inscription, then - measure the rectangle. Using scissors, we make roundings. Using a hole punch - we form bows at the bottom. Also at the top. Using gold ink, we make tints, using the edge of the circles.
As a result, we get a base withcongratulatory inscription. Stamp the inscription on top. Using double-sided tape, prepare for the blank inside the card. Using organza ribbons, as well as satin ribbon, cut out bows. Pieces of 12-15 centimeters will do. Then, the bows need to be tied, as in the photos. We sew the blue bow through the satin ribbon bow with flowers. The center is the snowman's pendant. At the very top of the tree, using a glue gun, we place a bow on the pendant. At the bottom for the tree - half beads. For the upper right corner, a pearl snowflake.
