Let's start with a simple, but very elegant jacquard scarf with an ornament knitted with knitting needles. We will need: for a medium-length scarf - 400-500 grams. yarn (of course better woolen, but it depends on your capabilities and preferences) of each of the two colors, in our case it's white and beige; spokes number 3,5-4 (depending on what thickness of the thread). The size of the finished product will be 20x150 cm. The sequence of knitting: Alternately, two threads are typed on needles 66loops. We get 33 loops of brown and 33 white. We will have twice as many hinges, each of which will consist of one dark and one o'clock light thread. It is necessary to make efforts in order to arrange the threads alternately. The last typed loops of the two strands will be the edge. They need to be tied only with a double thread, alternating this order: with the front loops in the first row, with the backs in the next row. Next, we consider the order of knitting in such a way that the first loop after the edge was the first loop on the front side, and we always knit it with a facial loop. The second loop - always tucks in the wrong way and is considered the first loop of the reverse side. Continue knitting, alternating in the above described order the process of tying loops. Next, we knit the front loop in this way: two strands lie on the left hand (index finger) with the same first loop after the edge, the loop of the front side - with a light thread the front loop, while gently grasping the dark thread. As a result, we will have a bright thread behind a tied loop. The dark loop (the second from the edge) or our first loop from the back. We hold the dark and light thread in front of the needle, as in the usual dressing of the back loop, we sew it, but we only pick up the light thread with the spoke. As a result, before the hinged loop, we will have a dark thread. Continue to knit to the end of the series, alternating between the purl loops and the front. After the end of the series, we turn the work and the light hinges will be facial, and we are knitting the purl badges with a dark thread. Having thus copied several series, we havewill be a two-layer fabric, consisting of two colors. The assembled model will be held together thanks to the edge tabs. We knit the pattern according to the scheme, starting from the place on the canvas of the scarf, wherever you want. Or as on the sample. Such binding is very unusual, but getting used to - you will quickly get a nice and warm result!
