Weaving wild flowers from beads is one ofthe simplest and most exciting activities. It can be divided into several stages, which is very convenient for beginner needlewomen. However, this does not mean that you will have to weave them with your own hands for a long time. So, cornflowers from beads can be made in just a couple of free evenings. And these blue flowers will delight the eye for many years.

What will it take to work

To make beadwork did not disappoint and allIt turned out, you need to carefully prepare for work. First of all, you need to acquire a minimum of tools and accessories for this type of needlework. This special cutter, organizer for beads and a piece of felt or cloth. You can, of course, use and improvised tools, but this will somewhat complicate the process of weaving with beads.

Scheme of weaving cornflower petals from beadsIn order to make a cornflower from beads yourself, you will need the following materials:

  • 10-15 grams of blue or blue beads for flowers;
  • 5-10 grams of green beads for petals and leaves;
  • 2-3 grams of dark gray or black beads for stamens;
  • Wire of different colors;
  • Nylon threads for winding;
  • acrylic lacquer;
  • Glue "Moment Crystal".

Stamens for cornflower from beads can also beMake a glass beaker 3-4 cm long. This option will simplify the work a little. Also, instead of nylon threads, you can use a green floral tape. To make the finished product elegant, it is desirable to use a colored thin wire: blue for flowers, white for stamens and green for leaves and petals.

Master-class of weaving cornflowers from beads

To make it more understandable how to weave cornflowers fromBeads, the work can be conditionally divided into several stages. This is especially true for beginners in this form of needlework. In addition, it is possible, after completing one stage of the weaving, to continue the next day. It is very convenient, when there is no possibility to allocate a lot of time for making flowers. Moreover, the same technique of parallel weaving is used.
Making a flowerMaking petals for a flower. Therefore, you need to take blue or blue Czech beads № 11 and a piece of wire of the same color, 25-30 cm in length. In total, you need to perform 7 such petals. Despite the fact that it is easy to do, some needlewomen prefer to use the weaving schemes for this part. Although step-by-step photos are often replaced completely.

String 3 beads onto the wire and place them incenter. Then pull one end in the opposite direction through the 2 outer beads. This should make a triangle. Make another one of the same to the left and right of it. Each time, the wire needs to be pulled tight.
Then string 8 beads on one side.Then pass the other end of the wire in the opposite direction and tighten. Press the previously made triangles tightly to the resulting row. In this way, make the entire petal, decreasing one bead with each step. In the last row, there should be 2 pieces left in 6 petals and 1 piece in the 7th petal.
The next stage of the master class involvesflower assembly. For this, you will need 6 more beads. For this, take the last finished petal and any other. Pull the end of the wire of one into the last bead, and the seventh - into the first, using a bead, and so on. The result should be a flower bowl. Use your hands to give it shape, straightening the petals in the right direction. Gather the wire from below into a bundle.

Stamens No flower can do without stamens. Cornflower beads are no exception. Each master class offers its own variant. The needle technique of weaving is mainly used. It is she who conveys the natural beauty of the flower.
On a white wire 30 cm long, string onedark gray or transparent bead. Fold it in half and string 5 more black beads (they can be replaced with 1 bugle bead). Then string exactly the same stamen next to it. At the end, make a twist from a wire about 1 cm long. In total, you need to make 7 similar stamens, making a twist after the 2nd, 4th and 6th loop. Give them the desired shape and wrap all the twists together with the remaining end of the wire.
To make the center of the flower more lush,You can make 15 more stamens in the following way. String one bead onto the wire and make a twist a little more than 1 cm long. Make the remaining 14 stamens in this way. Wrap the resulting fan around the central part and wind the free end around the base. This completes the beading of the stamens.

Weaving the leaves Perhaps, this is the simplest stage,Which can easily be performed without any scheme or even a photo. For the production of 3 sheets, you need the same number of pieces of green wire. Two are 50 cm long and one is 40 cm.
Take any of the pieces and place it in the middleone bead. Next, using the parallel weaving technique, make 2 rows consisting of 2 pieces, and 20-25 rows of 3. There should be about 5 cm of free wire left. At the end, make 2 more rows: first from 2 beads, and then from one. Secure the remainder.
Thus, make 2 more leaves. This completes the master class on making parts of a cornflower. Now all that remains is to assemble everything, give the flower its shape and, of course, find a suitable vase for it.

Cornflower assembly
In order for the flower to hold its shape well, ityou will need a strong base. For these purposes, take a thicker wire. It is advisable to sharpen the end of it to make it easier to thread it into the center of the flower. This completes the preparation.
Connect the center with stamens to the flowercornflower. Then apply the prepared thick wire, bending back the remaining blue sections. Take the nylon thread and tightly wrap all the available ends. As soon as everything is covered, press the previously removed sections and perform another winding with threads.
Further down the stem, without stopping the winding,place 3 previously made leaves: first a small one, and then two large ones. At the very bottom, bend about 1 cm of the stem back and wrap the tip with threads. Coat it with glue and let it dry. Then, for strength and shine, coat the entire stem twice with acrylic varnish. Dry. This completes the master class on making cornflowers from beads.

To make its implementation more visual, you canwatch the training video lesson at the end of our article. Each stage of bead weaving is shown in great detail here. Although you can make cornflowers even without step-by-step photos, it is so easy to do.
It is worth noting that there will be one flower in the vaselook very lonely and unnatural. You can make a whole bouquet of wild flowers from beads based on this master class with video. For example, you can make buds from 3 petals, connecting them in the second or fifth row. They will be closed or semi-closed. In the latter case, you can also make 2 stamens. A semi-open flower is made in the same way as a large one, but with fewer stamens.
And, obviously, every cornflower can be donefrom different shades of blue beads, and also complement the bouquet with any other flowers from your collection. Such a bouquet only needs to find a suitable vase.
