Crafts made of cardboard. How to make a lock yourself.
Recently, my son and I often craft craftsfrom cardboard. The last thing he asked me was to teach him how to make a lock with his own hands from cardboard paper. At first it seemed to me that it would be difficult and take a lot of time, which I almost do not have, because I have one more son (a year old). Therefore, we with the eldest can make hand-made articles with our own hands quietly, only when the baby sleeps. But, as it turned out, the cardboard lock is very easy to make, and most importantly quickly. First, we prepare 8 sheets of cardboard, we found only white. It is necessary to make cuts, as in real locks - from above cut out squares.
Then we twist each of the 4 sheets into a tube, securing it with tape.
Yarik also asked to make “stands forsentinels" who will guard the castle from these towers. I cut out circles that could fit into these towers. But you need not just circles, but circles with rectangles on the sides, with which you can glue them to the inside of the tower.
The next thing we did was the entrance (the grate that opens upward) and the bridge.
To connect the towers and walls you need to make cuts in them. We make a cut at the bottom of the tower, at the top of the wall, and connect it like this:
This is how we were able to make a simple cardboard castle with our own hands.
