When we lived in Russia, my son was very fond ofduring a walk, collect pine cones and play with them. We brought a lot of pine cones home, and decided to make crafts out of them. We even took some of these crafts to kindergarten! This is a very interesting material from which you can make a lot of things! Today I want to show you how to make a penguin from a pine cone and a few other ideas for autumn crafts. Also see the autumn experiment for children. We will need: Pine cones Black paint Brush Eyes Yellow or white pom-poms Glue (hot glue is very suitable for this) Black, white, and yellow felt Scissors
How to do it: Let's paint our pine cone: first, hold it by the tail, you can just pour paint on it.
Then turn it over and water (or paint) the other side.
Then we cut out wings, a belly and a beak from felt.
We'll twist the legs out of wire.

We glue everything onto the pine cone, which has already dried.
