Crafts by own hands: Father Frost's tent at the 2015 contest, interesting crafts for the new year with their own hands
For the New Year, people most often make Christmas trees and snowmen. I decided to "take on" such a large-scale craft as Santa Claus's tower, which will be an excellent decoration for the room for the New Year.I started with a large piece of cardboardI drew the facade of the tower with a turret, attics, figured windows - everything that my imagination could come up with. Then I began to give volume to the tower: I formed a convex part of the attic with a roof from cardboard and glued them in place. Then I decorated the second attic in the same way.Little by little, the entire façade of the tower became three-dimensional.Then I started finishing.I decorated the sky above the house using blue paper with stars. I painted parts of the house white, the space under the canopies blue. The windows in my tower shine comfortably with yellow light. I added a grille of shiny large mesh to some of the windows. I made a clock in the tower.I "planted" a Christmas tree near the tower. First I rolled a cone out of cardboard, then I pasted green circles - twigs - around it.I decorated the house with glitter and stars, and the Christmas tree with beads. In front of the house, the main character, Father Frost, is sitting in a sleigh. Like everything else, the sleigh with horses is made of paper and decorated with threads and glitter. The base of Santa Claus is a paper cone. In the sleigh I put a bunch of gifts from matchboxes wrapped and decorated with bows. That's all! Enjoy your creativity!
