Carrot in miniature - master class Culinary miniatureWe will need:

  • polymer clay of orange, yellow and green colors;
  • a special board for roasting, you can use textolite, covered with food film;
  • Roller, knife, double-sided stack, needle or toothpick.

Operating procedure:

  • We cut out two circles of diameter 4.5 and 5.5 cm, 2 mm thick, from a white clay layer. We put a larger circle on the smaller one, press the middle part, forming the middle of the plate.
  • We make cucumbers. We take 4 pieces of clay the size of a hazelnut of different colors and we roll out of them layers 1 mm thick: light green is the core, greenish and white is the flesh of the cucumber around the core, dark green is the skin.
  • We make light-salad sausage (length - 2,5cm), wrap it with the remaining three layers in the sequence, as shown in the diagram. We cram the future cucumber so that it is not round, but oval in shape. We put it in polyethylene for 10 minutes in the refrigerator. Next, we form the tail of a cucumber. Cut off 4 circles and put everything together on a plate.
  • On the other side of the dish, put onions made from 3thin sausages and a small bulb of white plastic. Mashed potatoes are created from a mixture of yellow and white clay. We form on its surface grooves, sprinkle "fried onions" (scraps mixture of orange, green and brown plastic).
  • From orange sausage we cut into carrotand throw it in the same place on the plate. Roast is made from clay caramel color, from above we glue a dark brown strip. The shape of the roast can be taken arbitrary, large or small pieces. Bake the dish in the oven, then varnish the vegetables and the rim of the plate.
  • Sandwich with black caviar and cheese - a master class Culinary miniatureOperating procedure:

  • From the layer of dark brown clay we form a sliceof bread. With the help of a toothpick, we give it a relief structure. From the green layer we form a leaf of lettuce. In 3-4 places we patch its edges with fingers, slightly crumple the leaf, giving it a waviness. Put the salad on the prepared slice.
  • From the yellow layer we cut out a rectangle of cheesethickness about 3 mm. Dumplings on cheese are made with a knife or special molds. We form from a piece of white and yellow clay half of the egg and put it together with cheese on bread. Then we put the sandwich baked. When it cools down, spread the leaf of the lettuce leaf with transparent glue and pour on it a small amount of black beads, playing the role of caviar. Appetizing sandwich is ready!
