Detailed description of crochet fun funny children's slippers, master class with photo
Patrick is a pink starfish.A bit silly, but so cute. And in this master class we will crochet house slippers in the form of this funny cartoon character, which is loved not only by children, but also by many adults. We will knit slippers for a child. Their length is about thirteen centimeters. But they can be knitted longer or shorter. To knit slippers in the form of Patrick, we will need the following materials and tools:
- yarn (pink, green, white);
- hook;
- sewing thread;
- needle.
These slippers are knitted quite quickly and verysimple. Even a beginner in knitting can knit them in one or two hours. Let's start knitting slippers. First, we need to make a sliding loop or, as it is sometimes called, a magic amigurumi ring. Now we will make three air loops. They will be instead of one double crochet. And now we knit ten double crochets into this amigurumi ring. The first three loops are considered the first column. In the next row, we will make increases. They can be done at random. It is not so important here where they will be. The main thing is to make the right number. And in this row there will be six of them. And in the next one, eight. Now we knit four rows. We will not add any more.We break the thread.We find the middle of the slipper from the upper side of the toe. By the way, this can also be done by eye, or you can count. And from the middle we need to step back four loops in one direction and in the other. We put markers here. You can use anything instead of markers. For example, threads or rubber bands for weaving bracelets.
Now we take the green yarn.And we attach it to the slipper in the next loop from the marker. We make three air loops, that is, a replacement for our one column, and then we knit columns with a yarn over no longer in a circle, but from marker to marker.
That is, we went from one marker to another and turned in the opposite direction. We start each new row with a chain of three air loops.
Knit eight rows with green yarn. If the leg is longer, knit more rows.
And now we need to connect the heel, formher. From the inside of the slipper we begin to sew it. This can be done either with a thread and a needle, or simply by knitting both sides together with single crochets.
This is what the slipper should look like.
Next, we'll make a harness for him. We'll start with the heel.And we finish, accordingly, also in the heel. With green threads we knit single crochets in a circle. We also capture the pink part. Now our slipper looks more neat.
If you increase the number of increases and rows, thenYou can knit these slippers for any other foot size. Here you will need to try on the slippers from time to time to understand how many columns are needed in total and, accordingly, how many rows. Now let's knit Patrick's eyes. Take white yarn and start knitting. First, let's make a magic ring. We will knit our first ten double crochets into it, remembering that the first column is three air loops. Connect the first and last columns. And now we will knit two single crochets into the first five columns. We will not knit the rest of the columns at all.
We sew these eyes onto the slippers, onto the toe.You need to sew carefully, so that the seams are not very visible. Otherwise, the eyes will look ugly. Now let's take a needle and brown or black floss and embroider Patrick's mouth and eyebrows. And glue his pupils on with a glue gun. They will be small black beads. These are the funny slippers we get!
