When I have free time, I always spendit's for children, and quite often we do crafts with the eldest son - Yarik, he's 5 (almost 6 already). Today we made dinosaurs with our own hands from the scraps of a cardboard box. Here is a detailed description of how we all did: We needed an old, unnecessary box (you can make from simple cardboard).
To begin with, dinosaurs were drawn, then cut out. I must say, a box of corrugated cardboard is not so easy to cut with ordinary scissors ...
Next we cut out the legs of dinosaurs and thorns.
In the trunk we make in the notches, and we put in the legs. 
Then Ярик has painted the new self-made toys and long with them then played.
On our craft - a dinosaur with our own hands, it took us no more than 10-15 minutes, but how much happiness, because Yarik loves dinosaurs so much, even knows a lot of their names.
