We make an origami parrot, step by step instruction. Origami modular, requires a certain skill.
Parrot made using modular origami technique,will be a bright and colorful decoration for your home. It can be placed near a flower in a pot or make a perch for it. How to create a modular origami parrot: Scheme with step-by-step assembly instructions: In order to create a parrot from modules, we will need: 160 red, 125 pink, 96 blue, 78 blue, 54 yellow, 20 green modules (1/16 A4). In addition, 18 red modules measuring 1/32 A4.
The first modules must be connected in this way:
In the first and second rows we make 6 pink and 5 blue modules.
We collect the next third, fourth, fifth rows.
In the sixth row, we increase the number of modules. There should be 7 pink and 6 blue modules. IMPORTANT: the sixth – eighth rows are divided into 2 parts, do not combine them.
In the seventh row we make 8 pink and 7 blue modules. In the eighth row we also increase the number of modules, the difference is that we replace the 2 central modules from blue to pink.
In the ninth row we combine the separated rows with a blue module. It should look like in the photo: 5 pink, two blue, 10 pink, 2 blue.
Tenth row: 6 pink modules, 1 blue, 9 pink, 1 blue;
eleventh row: add 2 red modules in the front and 3 red modules in the back, fill the rest with pink modules;
twelfth row: 3 in front, 4 red modules in the back, the rest are pink;
thirteenth row: then increase the number of red modules on each side by 1;
fourteenth row;
fifteenth row;
from the sixteenth row we begin to reduce the number of red modules from the back (the side where we started with 3 red modules), then there should be 7 modules;
seventeenth row - 6 modules;
eighteenth row - 5 modules;
nineteenth row - 4 modules;
twentieth row - 5 modules;
twenty first row - 4 modules;
twenty second row - 3 modules;
twenty-third row - 4 modules;
twenty-fourth row - 3 modules;
This is what the product should look like from the side;
Twenty-fifth row - 2 modules;
Glue the last two modules together.
We need 5 modules that connect like this;
We glue it this way
Now you need to fill the space with smaller 1/32 A4 modules. This should be enough for 2 rows.
We glue the head to the rest of the part.
We fill the empty spaces left on the sides with blue modules.
Now we make the tail, which consists of 6 parts, you can choose the color and length yourself, as you like best.
Now we move on to the wings, do as shown in the photo, remember that the wings should be two different wings should be mirrored in relation to each other
We do the other thing in the same way.
We fix the wings with glue.
The beak can be made from modules or brown cardboard.
We glue the eyes and our parrot is ready!!!
