We offer you to draw a simple landscape with a pencil step by step, which will depict the sky, river, shore and palm tree. The main element of drawing this landscape – use of different types of shading. Even a beginner can handle the proposed drawing, since all stages are described in detail and shown in the photo. You can clearly see the different shades of shading in the photo. They are numbered, in each step you will find a number corresponding to the type of hatching that you need to paint over the area of the drawing. One more thing, it is necessary to use pencils that have different softness, then it will be easy to create contrast and convey all the shadow features.Let's get to work. We draw a sketch, such as in the photo. Here it is immediately numbered, so it will be convenient to select the desired type of shading.
Take a 2H pencil and apply light colors (1),displaying the sky and river. We draw diagonal strokes on the sky (from its upper part) (2), closer to the bottom the pressure on the pencil should be made weaker to get a lighter tone. Now we need to create the illusion of ripples on the surface of the water (foreground) (2). To do this, draw horizontal strokes. Before shading, be sure to remove the horizontal line in the island.
The next step is to shade the distant mountain (3).For this purpose, we use an HB pencil and press it lightly while working. We draw the shadows on the island with an erased line with pencils 2B and HB, a small part of the foreground – pencils 2B and 4B. Lighter colors (4) are shaded with an HB pencil.
Take an HB pencil and draw a reflection of the island onriver (5). The tone should be made darker than the island itself at the moment. The strokes must be made horizontal. Using a 2B pencil we shade the foreground – ground (7).
Using a 4B pencil, we make several uneven lines in the foreground, imitating vegetation, and draw the trunk of a palm tree.
Make a few strokes using a 2B pencil along the island (6). The upper part of the island – light tone, bottom – a little darker. Palm tree branches should be drawn using a 2B pencil.
Using sharpened pencils 2B and HB, we draw small palm tree branches. Those branches that are located closer are made much lighter than the distant ones.
There may be something you don't like about the tones ondrawing. They can be made lighter or darker. We make it light with an eraser, and dark with additional strokes. Don't be afraid to experiment with shading. You can always make your own adjustments to the ensemble we propose.
