Hello, dear masters and craftswomen!I am back to you with my new dress. It is for my daughter. How it turned out - I leave it to your strict opinion. The idea is from Fashion Magazine #520, based on the model Nina Ignatyeva. Size 46.

The thread turned out to be too thick for me, the dress, although small, weighs 550.0 grams. It seems to me that in hot weather it will be difficult to wear this dress. The bodice and sleeves of the dress are made using the technique of interlocking guipure lace. First, make a high-quality working pattern (Fig. 32), adjusting it according to your measurements. Multi-tiered “roses” are made according to pattern 32, which shows several tiers, the number of which you can vary, bringing the size of the motif to the desired one. Then knit flowers according to patterns 32 a - 32 g, leaves according to patterns 32 d - 32 z, trefoils and circles according to patterns 32 i and 32 k respectively. Place the finished motifs and individual elements on the pattern, making up a composition, secure with pins or basting and connect them together with a polyester thread, filling the free space with an irregular grid. To create the impression of the integrity of the lace fabric when filling the pattern with a composition of motifs, join the side and shoulder seams of the parts. Sew the sleeves into the open armholes using arches from VP and SC. From the lace bodice, knit the lower part of the dress with a pattern according to pattern 32 l, forming the lines of the side bevels in accordance with the pattern. Expand by knitting 2 C1H from 1 C1H of the previous row in a certain rhythm. Tie the neckline and the bottom of the garment with a pattern according to the 32 m pattern. Along the border of the lace bodice and the fabric of the lower part of the dress, tie a braid according to the 32 n pattern. Decorate the bottom of the sleeves with the same braid.
