The top and frill are knitted with COCO thread 240m/50g,hook №2. For the top, cast on 116 loops (knitted for my 4-year-old daughter), then knit according to the pattern. There should be 14 motifs (pineapples). Do not start knitting in a circle, since there will be a fastener on the back. I connected the yoke in row 13. Now knit in a circle. I got 28 rows. Then I divided the motifs into 4 motifs for the front and back. Now knit the desired length. Connect with the fabric and sew on the machine. I cut the fabric like a sun skirt. Take any pattern you like for the frill. Measure the width of the bottom of the skirt, dial a chain equal to the bottom of the skirt + 5-10 loops. Also sew on the machine.
