Drunk Christmas tree - decoration on a bottle of champagne

Hello! My name is Anna, I am 35 years old, I am the head of local media. For the first time I picked up the hook this summer and made sure that knitting is a great business activity: you can calm down, think about the problems that arise at work, and please yourself and your relatives with an unusual thing. Now I knit constantly, but I prefer simple things to do: I like to "see the result" right away. On the nomination "White Rabbit 2011" (author's work) I present the decoration for a bottle of champagne "Drunk Christmas tree". In the New Year holidays the most affordable gift is a bottle of champagne. I decided to decorate it beautifully. Threads from the market, the cheapest, for 1 skein (grams of 50, probably) light green, dark green and light green, hook number 6. With green threads, I tied a bottle, beginning with a cork, round in circles with no crochet "vnatyazhku" (I had to constantly "measure" on a bottle) to the label. At the level of the "shoulders" of the bottle and 10 rows lower in one row, knit in a loop, the one nearest to the center, the rest of the fabric - for both loops. The first "skirt" (at the shoulder level) knitted like this:

  • A light green thread of 2 SS1N in each loop.
  • 2 rows of CC2H on 2 in each loop.
  • A strand of light green color is arbitrary - groupcolumns with different number of cusps (between them one by one air loop), between groups - 2 scs, for example: 2СБН-1ВП-1СС1Н-1ВП-1СС2Н-1ВП-1СС1Н-1ВП-2СБН. The maximum number of cusps is 3.
  • The second "skirt" (10 columns lower, where an external loop was left for it) with two rows of "branches":

  • Dark green thread on 2 CC1N in each loop.
  • 2 rows of CC2H on 2 in each loop.
  • A light green thread in a loop far from the center - groups of columns with different number of cusps (between them one by one of the air loops), between groups - 4 scs, the maximum number of capes - 4.
  • The resulting "branches" tied a green stripe of the SBN.
  • In the loop, close to the center, the knitting of the skirt continues with a dark green thread: CC2N, after every 3-4 loops knit 2 CC2N in a loop.
  • With a light green string, the series CC2N, 2 loops each in a 6-7 loop.
  • With a light green thread, the series CC2N, 2 loops each in 10-11 loops.
  • A dark green thread is arbitrary - a group of columns with a different number of cusps (between them one by one of the air loops), between groups - 6 sc. The maximum number of cusps is 5.
  • A series of RLS light green thread.
  • The last row - RLS light green thread, at the corners of the "branches" - 2 sc in one loop.
  • The final touch is red bows, 4 for eacheach row of "twigs" = 12 pieces. It took me 2 meters of tape. Well. Now the bottle is not a shame to give :-). Other works sent to can be viewed by.
