But the idea to assign to rabbits an unusual role for them to carry eggs is attributed to the Goethe himself. For the entertainment of his guests, the poet hid colorful eggs under the bushes in his garden, and when they found them, claimed that they had brought their Easter bunny. And to this day, the children on Easter morning are looking for nests with chocolate eggs and gifts, believing that they are brought, of course, by the rabbit. When this tradition has come to us, our children liked it and they also made nests for the rabbit . However, adults do not mind decorating their house with such a sweet Easter symbol. Materials required for sewing a rabbit:

pattern;
small patches of fabric (not necessarily monotonous, it is possible and with a small pattern);
filler (sintepon, holofayber).

Operating procedure We offer you two variants of rabbit patterns to choose from. They are sewn the same way, differ only in sketch.

Print (draw from the screen) your favorite pattern.

We fold the fabric flap into two pieces. Material with the translated contour is chipped in several places with pins, then we sew on the sewing machine. At the bottom leave not stitched 2-3 cm.

We cut out the workpiece. In the places where the contour is rotated, we further cut the fabric. We turn our workpiece to the right side, then tightly fill it with sintepon. Since the figure of the rabbit is small, it is better to take a ball filler for stuffing.

The slot can be sewn. It is better to make it a secret seam (see photo). On the neck of our rabbit we tie a satin ribbon and tie a bow. The Easter rabbit is ready with his own hands.

We translate the pattern of all the details, mark the top. Billets are cut, taking into account the allowances (4-6 mm) on the seams. We put the two details of the egg face-to-face with each other and label or chip. We begin to sew from the top of the egg, marked on the fabric, from below we leave 1 cm of the seam not stitched.

We turn the workpiece face up andwe put the third detail, not forgetting to consider, where the egg has the upper. Stitch as well as the first two parts. It remains to sew all three details on the last seam.

Through the slot underneath, we twist the workpiece, then fill it with sintepon. Our ears are already sewn, turned and pressed. It remains to collect our egg in a nice egg-rabbit.

The hole is sewed, if possible with a hidden seam. We do not cut the thread, but bring the eggs up to the top and tighten a little. At the bottom of the base a small notch should be formed.

Sew our ears to the egg and put the thread in the areaspout. Having made a small seam, we lead the thread down and tighten a little - a small relief appears in the region of the spout. It remains to embroider our egg-rabbit nose.

We begin to embroider with smooth, the size of stitches with each time we reduce by 1-2 threads. In small stitches we embroider our mouth. We remove the thread and cut it.

Eyes are painted with acrylic paints. We tie a bow to the ears. Meet the Easter bunny and the egg in one bottle.
