For small breeds of dogs, you can build a house from papier-mâché and an old blanket, and you will only have to buy PVA glue.
You will need:– newspapers; – cardboard; – PVA glue; – container (basin); – old blanket. To begin with, it is worth stocking up on a large basin, old newspapers and a great mood. Newspapers should be poured with boiling water, having previously crumpled them or simply torn into small pieces. After the paper is well saturated with moisture, it is necessary to drain the excess water and diligently knead what is lagging behind the newspapers. When the paper begins to turn into mush, it is necessary to pour in PVA glue generously and continue kneading the mass. After there are practically no very large lumps left, you can consider that the material for the future house is ready.
It is best to wrap the basin in a sheet and thenfix the winding with cling film and thread. After that, the finished mass should cover the homemade blank from the basin, leaving a place for the entrance. The thickness of the mass should be at least 1 centimeter over the entire surface. When the future house is formed on the base and all the irregularities are ironed, it needs to dry for at least 3 days. After the papier-mâché blank can be removed from the base, it should be carefully cut from irregularities and covered with pieces of an old blanket using a glue gun. The bottom is cut out of cardboard according to the diameter of the bottom, after which it is also covered with an unnecessary blanket or fabric. First, you need to fix the bedding. A furniture stapler will help with covering, but you can also sew it in the form of a cover so that it is convenient to wash it from time to time.
The process of making such a house will not please younot only for adults, but also for children, and the contented eyes of your pet will tell of his gratitude for his own corner! At the same time, it takes up very little space, and you can put it both in the hallway and in the corner of the room.
