The combination of delicate colors - pink, white and lilac, make the accessory particularly gentle and pleasant. Such a stylish bezel made with your own hands is suitable for any celebration - New Year, birthday or party. Veillet on the rim gives a romantic and mysterious look, it can be made any length depending on the shape of the face. Particular beauty is given to the stare on the rim. 
To create a rim decorated with a rose madewe need: 1. A ribbon 2-3 cm wide. A medium size rose (diameter about 6 cm) spends 1 meter. 2. Hotmelt glue for fixing all parts. To fix the layers of roses you can use a needle with thread or hotmelt. 3. Fatine to create a veil. 4. Lace to create a veil. It is better to choose an openwork braid, at which one edge will be even. 5. Cardboard, pen. 6. Scissors. 7. Rhinestones. 
The first step is to twist the rose. The principle of its creation is very simple: the ribbon bends every 3-5 cm and the bend place imitates the petal. Since the ribbon lies uninterrupted, the layers of the flower very closely adjoin each other and form an amazing rose. To create a bud, wrap the edge at an angle and make a couple of turns. The tape must be fixed with glue or thread along the bottom edge. 
Bend the tape away from yourself with your right hand, to get a full bend of the braid and look up the wrong side. Fix the point of inflection to the bud. Here's the first petal. 
Re-bend the tape from yourself and glue a new onelayer of petals to bud base. Be sure to try to bend the tape at regular intervals, then you get beautiful petals of the same size. Each new petal is glued at the bottom or sewed with thread. If you want seams to be not visible, use monofilament or the thinnest line. 
Gradually form new rows of bendstape and paste them in the inflorescence of the rose. it is important to observe several rules: the flower is formed in one plane, while the middle of the rose should not stick out like a cone, or tumble, forming the shape of a plate. In order for the flower to form correctly, try to fix not only the extreme row of the hand, hold several layers at the same time. 
Form a rose to the point where manylayers form the desired size of the flower. Now flip the flower and cut off the excess part of the ribbon that remained when forming the bud. That the rose did not fall apart, set the place of the cut. At the second stage of the work we take up the formation of the delicate basis. From the cardboard you need to cut a medium-sized circle, about 5-6 cm. At the edge of the circle, we glue the lace. You need to fix it with bends that will help the tape to spread freely around the circumference and create a three-dimensional base. f

Fatine for the veil folds in half, the fold line will be located at the bottom Remember that the veil will fall on the face, and if you place the cut off edge from the bottom, then the delicate skin will probably irritate the slices, so it's better to place the fold. The size of the futan part should be such that the veil does not form around the whole circle, but over half the circle. Lines of lateral sections of the veil should be clear, straight. 
The folded tulle is glued to the creases so that the bottom edge forms a neat line in a circle and the veil is laid down without tension. 
Now we connect all the details in the central part, that is, we paste the rose on the cardboard blank from the side where the lace is pasted. 
To give a special charm to the accessory, you needdecorate the veil with rhinestones. Use self-adhesive crystals, distribute them in two rows, but the elements move relative to each other. That is, the second level of rhinestones is fixed above the gaps between the lower-strass rhinestones. 
At the last stage, you need to glue a rose withveil on the rim, but in advance, mark the place of fixation, trying on the arrangement of parts without glue. Then, on the back of the veil and the base, the glue is applied in one strip and immediately fixed on the rim. 
So an unusual bezel with a rose, made by own hands, is ready. You can wear it for a holiday, but for everyday walks it is better to make a different model of the rim.
