Soaring staircase: design options
The floating staircase looks stylish and unusual. This design of the stairs is ideal for interiors of two-story houses in modern styles - minimalism, high-tech, Scandinavian, industrial. Young people and extremals who love epinephrine will appreciate such steps. But older people, this design may not be suitable. This soaring staircase is designed in SaundersArchitecture. It is a single piece of galvanized steel with a rough coating of white sand, which makes the steps not slippery. The ladder weighs more than a ton, and its installation required heavy construction equipment.

Designer Siller placed wooden steps in a transparent box of tempered glass. 
Natural, light and simple wooden soaringstairs with an intermediate platform, is part of the Tolo House, designed by the designer Alvaro Leite Siza. Like other similar structures, the steps visually do not have fences, supports and fastenings. 
The designer Jordivayreda Projectteam made the stepsof steel sheet thickness of only 100 mm. In the wall there is a metal fastener to which the ladder is welded. One step with a width of 65 cm can withstand a load of up to 200 kg.
