An idea that was embodied in furniture fordachas Dentelles & Bidons, was born by French designers Anne and Philippe Guilbaud three years ago, during an ordinary family dinner in a country house. It was in this relaxed atmosphere in the open air that the couple was inspired to combine functionality and aesthetics, care for the environment and benefit, giving a new, colorful and openwork life to old iron barrels.
The skillful hands of French designers have transformedbarrels and cans of all sizes into real works of art! Chairs and tables, buffets and bar counters, lanterns and lamps of all possible colors make you want to look at them over and over. The amazingly fine work with a metal cutter is mesmerizing. Openwork patterns, like lace, cover all the furniture for a summer house made from iron barrels.
It would seem that the furniture is made from an old iron barrelwould look rough. But this garden furniture proves the opposite. The chairs and tables create the impression of being light and weightless, and the lamps seem to be woven from cobwebs. An interesting feature of the entire collection is that at night, any table or chair can be turned into a lamp by simply placing a light source - a lamp or a candle - under the garden furniture. And then the cut-out patterns come to life with magical light, forcing you to discover these amazing creations in a new way.
Country furniture and accessories Dentelles &Bidons are not afraid of moisture and rust thanks to a special coating, which means they will feel great in the garden or in the yard of the house. Of course, for greater comfort, it is advisable to put pillows on the seats and backs of the chairs or sew light covers with filler. A cabinet or a bar counter can be installed in the sauna dressing room - high humidity will not harm them.
