Look at unnecessary things and industrial trashfrom another point of view - the way the Dutch designer Piet Hein Eek did it, who created the original furniture from water pipes. Such benches or chairs will look good in the garden, at the dacha or even inside the premises, decorated in industrial or vegetable styles. To create the first pieces of furniture, PeteUsed old water pipes, replaced with new ones when repairing the building in which the designer's studio is located. First there was a bar for one of the cafes of the city, a little later the designer filled the collection with a bench and chairs. Many designer pipes specifically leaveUntreated, with traces of previous exploitation. They are perfectly visible residues of paint, a little rust, scratches and rubbing. In combination with the new pipes, the finished furniture acquires a very interesting and bold appearance, in a pronounced industrial style. This idea is a perfect example of how complex, bulky construction debris can turn into an original design object. If, after repair or construction in the country, you have such pipes left, think before you throw them away.
