Garland of ghosts and spiders on Halloween. Festive garland
Let's try to make a garland out of paperghosts, which will be an extraordinary decoration for your home on Halloween. By adding to it a scary spider made with your own hands, you will definitely add extreme and delight from such an idea to your guests!
To make this Halloween craft you will need:
- White wallpaper, any paper in rolls, or white kitchen paper towels.
- Felt-tip pen, pen or paints.
- Scissors.
How to make crafts: 1. Take wallpaper or paper and cut the desired width and length. The length will be how long you want the garland to be.
2.Draw or print out templates of the ghosts you like on a separate sheet of paper. Now fold the paper like an accordion. The width of one fold should correspond to the width of the selected ghost sketch.
3.We attach the ready template to the folded wallpaper or paper so that the hands of our ghosts rest against the edges of the paper, and redraw. The width of the handles should preferably be at least a centimeter, otherwise they will easily tear when hanging.
4.We cut out the template along the line, carefully grab all the folded layers of paper with scissors. The ghosts in the garland should hold each other by the handles, so we do not cut the line along the edge where the handles are drawn.
5. Place the finished garland of ghosts on the floor and paint them yourself or with the help of children, adding mouths and eyes.We suggest adding some to the edges of this garlanda couple of furry scary fleece spiders that can be made in five minutes. You will need to find a small piece of black fleece, two white beads, a piece of wire, black wool thread, glue, and a needle and thread. Roll a piece of fleece cut into a triangle and roll it into a tube, like a croissant, starting from the wide part of the triangle. Tie the resulting "croissant" with thread so that the head and body are separate. Sew bead-like eyes to the head and embroider the teeth of our spider. Glue the wire and wrap it with thread. Let it dry, and make the spider's legs. Measure the required length, cut it off and sew it to the body. The scary furry spider is ready! This is how easy and fast you can make a couple of fancy garlands from improvised means. Of course, such garlands are not durable, and are designed for one or two Halloween parties. But, you can try to sew such a garland from white fabric, or cut it out of felt. This work will take you much more time, plus you will need certain cutting and sewing skills. But the result is worth it, you will sew yourself an elegant garland, similar to which no one else will have. Having decorated your festive interior with it, you will definitely pleasantly surprise your guests and have a pleasant evening.
