4. Next, you need to prepare the foundation. To do this, we cut the watercolor paper along the edges with scissors with the figured ends, then bend the finished sheet in half. 5. We cut out a suitable piece from it, we also process the edges with scissors with figured ends, then we paste it to the prepared base with a two-sided scotch tape. 
6. We make packing for a bouquet. If there is rice paper, we make from it. If not, use colored paper. Cut out the cone and paste it to the finished base so that you can put a bouquet there. 7. The second sheet of paper, preferably green, cut into tiny streaks. 8. Put a bead on the tip of each strip, you can have several pieces. 9. Carefully attach the strips inside the "package", if necessary, bend. 10. Then glue the roses, creating a bouquet. 11. We seal the "packing" and tie a satin ribbon. 12.
