In this description you will find how to create a fancy hand-crafted article from the old tires in the form of a guard of your yard - a nice dog. This article is resistant to bad weather and will please children all year round, it is not afraid of rain or frost. For the craft, the following tools and materials will be required:

Old tires.

Rubber sheet with a width of at least 0.7 mm. The size of the sheet as the inner diameter of the tire, where the lumen begins.

A wide sharp knife or electric jigsaw, but the sawing part needs to be selected for work on rubber.

Screws.

Chalk for drawing details.

Paints for creating the color of "wool".

Artificial eyes (they can be found in shops to prepare for the holidays).

To create an artifact decorating a flower bed or yard,A place is required for the size of a car tire. This place is driven by a metal pole (or corner), on which the rubber construction will be fixed. On the metal frame is put on the first tire, it retains its original condition and a rounded shape. Then put on the second tire, which is fastened with the first few bolts along the edge of the wheel and will be invisible later on. Sand is poured into the rubber cavities. It is better to water it, so that it immediately landed, and you added sand to the full volume of the two tires. At the second stage we turn to the creation of the heada bizarre dog. For the head you will need two tires - one will form the contour of the face, and the other will be cut out individual elements. First, the triangles are drawn on the rubber with chalk (you can take one cardboard element as a template and trace it), and then cut. Inside the rubber head is inserted a spacer,which "will open" the dog's mouth and will not allow the tire to later change its shape, and then tighten the teeth to the jaw. Use large bolts with nuts to securely fix all the parts. From the second tire a long tongue is cut out, it must hang from the mouth on the base, so the length is about half a meter. The width of the tongue is 15 cm. This part is screwed to the upper jaw behind the front teeth. It will take two more rubber layers in size 15cm in breadth and about 60 cm in length - these are the future ears. They are symmetrically attached to the head of the dog, while the upper part is fixed with a bend so that the ears do not stick to the side of the head. If desired, the lower part of the ears and sides can becut the ribbed, as the notches perfectly imitate the animal hair. The central part of the head is closed by a round sheet of rubber, which is screwed to the base by several screws. The next step is to fix the head on the metal base of the frame. The iron parts available inside the figure are best welded or tightly wound with a thick wire. Now it remains to place eyes and nose on the face. Pupils try to spread further apart, so that the face looks smiling, as close-set eyes will testify to the dullness, and such a craft is not very much to anyone's liking. The nose is screwed in the center of the muzzle, it should be brown or black. The final stage is coloring the dog. It's better to choose black-and-white color or orange-black, because in time the paint will slough off, and the natural black color of the tires will look harmonious at least from afar. When choosing a paint, consider that there are special compounds that last longer on the street, this kind of paint and varnish you need.
