For this work, I used BABY yarn (100% acrylic) 100g in black and the remains of red and green yarn, hook No. 2. Hat Basic pattern: knit in a circle with sc. Close each row with a slip st. in the 1st sc and start 1 ch. Knit a chain of 6 ch with black thread and close it into a ring with a slip st. Row 9: in each 7th st 2 sc = 64 sts. Row 10: in each 8th st 2 sc. sc = 72 sts. Row 11: no increases. Row 12: 2 sc in every 9th st = 80 sts. Row 13: 2 sc in every 10th st = 88 sts. Row 14: no increases. Row 15: 2 sc in every 11th st = 96 sts. Row 16: 2 sc in every 12th st = 104 sts. Row 17: no increases. Row 18: 2 sc in every 13th st = 112 sts. Row 19: 2 sc in every 14th st = 120 sts. The top of the hat is finished. Next, expand the knitting by doubling every third st. b/n.
