One side turns turquoise, and one blue. Again, add up so that the blue side is outward, and turquoise internal. The photo shows the line on which it is necessary to cut the workpiece. We sealed the tip of the petal over the flame. We make 8 such lobes. By analogy we create 6 more simply blue sharp petals from a tape in width of 5 sm and 8 small blue sharp petals. From small petals we glue one flower. From the double blue turquoise petals we glue another flower. The remaining 6 blue petals are glued together three together. Now we begin to decorate our bezel. First we glue a large flower with two-colored lobes. Arrange it on the rim so that its line passes through the middle of the flower in the space between the petals. Then, to the rim and two petals located on both sides of the rim, we glue three connected blue blanks from two opposite sides. Now it remains only to paste a small flower on top. Position it so that the smaller petals are in the grooves of the larger petals. From the inside to the rim and flower you canpaste a small piece of thin tape from the satin. Advice! When choosing scissors, pay special attention to their sharpness. The better they are sharpened, the less the edges of the squares will swell. On the outer shining side of the circle we glue several loops of a very thin blue ribbon approximately 2 cm in length. We make a snowflake from a thin silver ribbon and paste it over the hinges. Now we need to glue a circle with a flower and attach the entire structure to a stick wrapped in ribbon. On the back of the magic wand you need to glue another circle of satin blue ribbon.
