In many countries it is customary to celebrate the New Year at homedecorate the Christmas tree. With the help of this master class, I want to show you how you can make a beautiful and very original Christmas tree that will serve as an excellent decoration for the New Year's interior, and we will spend a minimum of money and time. So, for work we will need the following materials and tools: floral mesh in different shades of green, thick paper, narrow satin ribbon, watercolor paints, brush, scissors and a glue gun.
First of all, let's start makingthe base of the Christmas tree, twist a sheet of thick paper so that a cone is formed, and use a glue gun to fix the edge of the paper. The cone base for the Christmas tree is ready.
Since we will decorate our Christmas treefloral mesh, and it provides clearance, the white base cone must be repainted green, for this we use watercolor paints, or any other paints that you have.
Now let's prepare the floral mesh. We will decorate the cone base with strips of mesh approximately 7 cm wide, but their length will depend on the length of the piece you have.
And that’s when the main components of the Christmas treeprepared, you can begin to form it. In order for the Christmas tree to be lush, we will glue the mesh strips onto the base in several layers, first you need to glue the mesh of the darkest shade, and then each subsequent layer should be lighter than the previous one. We begin to attach the floral mesh from the top of the cone, going down in a spiral to the bottom of the base. We lay out the mesh in small curls and secure it to the base with a small amount of hot glue.
The Christmas tree is ready, but I really want to decorate it.Let's start making decorations for the Christmas tree. Since the base of the Christmas tree is paper, the decorations for it should be light, so we will make them from satin ribbon. We cut the ribbon into pieces approximately 15 cm long and tie them with small, neat bows.
We decorate our Christmas tree with miniature bows, gluing them to the floral mesh using a glue gun.
The decorative Christmas tree made from floral mesh is ready. Not only can it decorate your home or New Year's table, but it will also be useful for decorating gifts for loved ones and friends.
