Also, the lace can be removed from the men's capri or shorts. Usually they have an elastic band, so the cord is not necessary. Step 2. Cut the bandanna in half, as in the photo. Step 3. Twice the bend of the cut, sew the edge of the seam "back needle." Step 4. Stitch the sides. Just do not sew holes for the elastic / lace. I left cuts on the sides - more than half the length of the skirt. Step 5. Insert the elastic band or lace. Usually a pin is used for this. But if it is not there, an invisible hair clipper will do. Checked. That's ready summer skirt on the hips. Its size (width) can be adjusted by tighteninglace. The photo shows a square bandana bandana, all sides of which are 52 centimeters long. The length of the skirt is 25 cm (the circumference of my hips is 92 cm). If you are sewing such a skirt for a little girl, you can wear it at the waist. For adults this skirt at the waist will be too short if your bandana is the same size as mine.
