Indeed, any squeak of fashion and, in general, everything new -it's well forgotten old. And then they did not have time to forget, recently they were still sewing grandmothers and mothers with their children of rag dolls on winter evenings, as a fashionable doll of tilde appeared. Until recently, this word was called a wavy sign in some alphabets. Who and why so named the "new" doll, history is silent. Maybe because it's the same long, flexible and smooth? Today, not only dolls are sewn in this trendystyle. On the Internet you can find a master class on sewing tilde horses, birds and even snails. We will conduct a master class with you, after which a charming tilde of elephants in a sarafan and with a bow will appear.

Sewing an elephant
Tilda-Stylization
This elephant sewing will take a record short time.
- The pattern for this toy is the simplest. It can even be drawn directly from a hand on a fabric folded in two.
- Sew the fabric around the perimeter over the edge, leaving a small hole on the abdomen.
- Turn out the hand-made articles and fill them with filler (hullfiber or sintepon).
- Sew a hole, sew eyes, draw a smile and a contour of ears.
How to make bending limbs
All Tilda toys have soft, straight limbs. If you want to make them obedient bend, use ordinary wire for this.
- So, let's start with cooking the wire. It should bend well and do not break with repeated deformation.
- Screw the strip of sintepon onto the bent tip (so that the fabric does not break).
- Fold the end and moisten it with glue to keep it in shape.
- Wrap the entire wire with a sintepon and insert it into the fabric blank.
Tilda horse
Still not a single pattern of the toy was sois universal. With its use, you can sew any four-animal. For example, a little having corrected the form of extremities, ears and, the main thing, a nose, on it it is possible to sew a cheerful horsy. All other nuances and work order are the same as when making an elephant. Our toy Tilda, unlike the bald elephant, has a red mane, which can be made from synthetic yarn, decorating it in a hairdo and decorating with a bow.
