With the arrival of spring and heat in the fields blossombeautiful red poppies. A lot of different legends have been written about them. In ancient Greece poppy was considered a symbol of silence, sleep and oblivion. He was dedicated to the gods of dreams and dreams of Hypnos and Morpheus. According to another legend, the poppy is dedicated to the goddess of fertility of Hera and the goddess of the harvest of Ceres. It was from the poppy in combination with the grain ears plaited wreaths, which adorned the statues of this goddess. An old Russian fairy tale, tells about the times of war with the Pechenegs. One day the horde tried to capture the most beautiful girls of a small village. The captives began to ask Mother Earth to save them and the rest of the villages and towns from the brutal punishment of the nomads. The earth heeded their pleas, and as soon as the pecheneg tried to grab some beauty, it turned into a bright red flower, beautiful as the girls themselves. And not a single Pecheneg could capture. But on this place stretches a field with beautiful red poppies. And when Russian wars came to the rescue on the morning of the next day, they saw that all the enemies were immersed in a magical dream, which the flowers girls sent to them. The battle was over and the beauties became themselves again, and on that land poppies blossomed every year. Whatever fairy tales people invent in antiquity, now a poppy - just a beautiful flower. And if in nature it adorns itself with the earth only a few days, then, created by yourself, will please you for a long time. In this article we propose to weave poppy seeds from beads. In nature, poppy flowers are not only red, so we will also weave yellow flowers. It will take:
- Beads 11/0 yellow, green and red colors;
- Beads 10/0 in black;
- Artificial stems;
- Green paint (acrylic);
- Beads-core (you can buy in a special store or take any suitable);
- Mulina is green;
- Transparent glue;
- Artificial grass and spikelets for decoration.
The weaving of poppy petals will take place inFrench arc axial technology. For each flower will need 4 petals. One lobe needs about 1 m of working wire. Leave about 10 cm of wire for the axis and tighten the loop. On the axis, thread 2.5 cm beads (red or yellow). On the working wire, dial the number of beads by 1 more and make a revolution around the axis so that the 2 beads are low tightly pressed against each other. String on the working wire the same number of beads and make a wire turn already in the bottom of the axis. Now we will weave the half-arcs. It is necessary to dial beads on the working wire so much that it does not reach the first half of the bead by 2 beads. To fix the working wire not on the axis, but on the first half-bolt so that the wire passes from the wrong side to the front one. Again string the seed beads so that they are low in the arc and reach the bottom of the axis. We fix it with a turn and begin to do similar actions to create a half-arc on the other side of the axis. The first 3 half-arches on both sides of the weave with an indentation for 2 beads, from the fourth to the seventh - with an indentation for 3 - 4 beads. In each such a half-arc, there will be 2 low beads with a bead (one up the petal and one down). Make all the petals. A piece of wire on top of the petal hide in the upper beads. Bend them like a real poppy. Now we begin to weave the black centerpoppies. It is performed in needle technique as follows: on the wire string about 20 beads of black color, one end of the wire to leave longer. Now thread this end of the wire in 19 first beads. It turned out a needle. Now next to her thread another 20 - 22 needles. Between them leave a little wire, so that you can then fix them around the core. For her, you can use a bead, bought in a store or make a core yourself, for example, from polymer clay. Glue the core to the stem. Arrange around it black beaded needles and pritotat from several turns of green thread. The winding is very tight. The end of the thread must be glued in advance to the very top of the stem. Now arrange the petals around the stem with the core and also thread them with a thread. In order to increase the strength and prevent the scattering of the petals, they can also be glued with acrylic transparent varnish. To create buds, you need to make 1 petalfor each bud from beads of red color and on 2 leaves from beads of green color. Leaflets weave in French arc axial technology. The same technique as we did the first pair of arcs. In this case, the working wire must be placed not perpendicular to the axis, but at an angle. To attach a petal to the stalk, folded intoa tube and 2 leaves to bend around it. Attach all to the stem with green threads. In order for the bud to hold the mold well, you can glue it and wrap the threads around the adhesive during the drying time. When all the glued parts have dried, you can put them in a suitable vase, to arrange with spikelets and artificial grass. Poppies are ready to decorate your interior.
