According to our master-class crochet, we will tie the mitts and warm collar-scarf crochet.
In the cold season, you want warmth and comfort, evenon the street. But it is not always possible or necessary to wrap yourself in a large warm scarf or snood. Mittens are also not always comfortable. Therefore, any fashionista's wardrobe should have a small but warm scarf collar and mittens. Well, how to crochet them - read in this master class.For the collar and mittens you will need:
- 100 grams of gray-blue for collar and mitts;
- three large and six small buttons;
- hook;
- Needle and thread for sewing on buttons.
First, we will knit the collar. We will knit the collar lengthwise, for this we will collect a chain of 70 air loops.Now we will knit the first row of the collar with simple single crochet stitches.When knitting the collar, we will imitate a 1x1 elastic band made with knitting needles. To do this, we will knit the columns in each row only for one half - the back one.The row from the “front” should look like this.But from the inside it’s different.We knit like this until the end of the rows. We turn the knitting and again knit only for one wall of the loop - for the back one! Thus, we knit 25 rows.Now let's change the direction of our knitting. Let's turn our collar 90 degrees and continue knitting.The first row we knit simple columns.And then we knit with an elastic band again.In total you need to knit 25 rows.Now we need to tie the other side of the collar in the same way. To do this, we again change the knitting direction by 90 degrees.Having reached the main fabric, we knit again only for the back wall of the loop.Turn the knitting over again by 90 degrees.And we knit with an elastic band, but only 20 rows.Now you need to make loops.We need 3 of them. The size of the buttons is 5 columns. This means that the loops themselves will take up 15 columns. We divide the remaining 12 loops equally into 4 parts - three loops each.We knit three loops at the beginning of the row.Now 5 air ones.We will secure them by skipping 5 columns of the previous row.After three columns we make another loop.And one more.We continue knitting over the columns with an elastic band, over the loops with simple columns.And we knit 4 more rows.All that's left is to make the binding. We'll do the binding like this. We'll knit 3 air loops.And a couple more columns with one yarn over.Now we will “lay” the entire group with a slip stitch, skipping 2 loops.And again we knit three loops and a couple of columns.We'll "put them down" again.The result is a beautiful wavy edge.We tie the entire collar like this.We cut the threads and hide them in the knitting. Next we need to sew on the buttons. In order to determine the place of the buttons, we fold the collar on the corner, combining the parts knitted across.We use pins to determine the location for the buttons.Sew on the buttons. The collar is ready.Let's move on to the mittens. We will also knit them with an elastic band. We collect a chain of 40 loops.And we knit with an elastic band to the width we need. The mitten should be such that when slightly stretched it passes through the widest part of the palm.When the width we need is reached, we change the knitting direction.And we continue knitting with a rib pattern for 10 rows.We also tie the edge with teeth.Without cutting the thread, we tie the edges of the mitten together.We also tie the lower edge with teeth. We knit the second mitten.Sew three buttons onto the horizontally connected part.Here the buttons are purely decorative.Steam and wear!
