In this lesson we will be discussinginteresting technique kanzashi, which came to us from the land of the rising sun - Japan. Based on this technique, you can make wonderful flowers from satin ribbons with your own hands. Their creation is a painstaking but exciting process. A distinctive feature of making such flowers is that you do not need threads and needles for work. Today's master class (MK) will be devoted to the creation of a delicate chamomile. The step-by-step process is equipped with detailed photos for beginners, as well as a video clip demonstrating the entire technology of work.

Master class for creating daisy

For the manufacture of satin ribbons daisy beforeyou need to prepare a base material delicate shades. Your kanzashi daisy does not have to be white. You can experiment and make, for example, a sky-blue flower.
So, let's begin the master class.First, you need to cut the satin ribbon into squares. The width of the ribbon is five centimeters. To create one kanzashi chamomile, prepare fourteen white squares and three green squares. You can make a flower without foliage. In this case, you will need to increase the number of white blanks to seventeen.

Many needlewomen who are engaged in the creationkanzashi, come up with various devices to make their work easier. This MK uses metal plates, as in the photo, the width of which is 5, 4 and 2.5 centimeters, respectively. Thanks to such details, you will be able to properly prepare neat parts from tapes.

To create the petals of a daisy, you need to fold the ribbon diagonally, then fold the corners closer to the middle, as in the photo:

Next, bend this part in half. After that, we need to grab the petal with tweezers. The photo shows how to do it correctly:

Having completed this action, we cut off the indicatedphoto part. This operation can be done with a burner. If you do not have such a tool, use ordinary sharp scissors, a lighter or a candle.

The next step is to turn the petal over and cut off the end. As a result of the work done, you should get the following element:

The video tutorials presented in our article will help you to understand the process of creating petals more easily.
At the next stage, the master class beginscreate green foliage for a chamomile from satin ribbons. Take a green ribbon for this. This material must be folded diagonally a couple of times. Grab the folded element with tweezers and cut off part of the part. Thus, the next chamomile petal should be obtained. Having made such a blank, put the resulting parts aside for a while and proceed to creating the core of the flower.

To make such an element you can userhinestone, yellow button. Or other suitable material for the middle. This master class (MK) uses a circle covered with yellow satin ribbon for these purposes.
To make the center of the daisy usethick cardboard or another suitable base. Take buttons of different diameters, place them on the cardboard and trace around them. Cut out the resulting circles. Small circles will be the centers of the daisies, and slightly larger ones will be the base. For two daisies, make two blanks.
We take a thread and a needle and begin to gradually tighten the circles.

Next, the master class begins the stage of assembling the chamomile. The video shows the details of this process. At this stage, you will need a glue gun. We begin the assembly by gluing the green leaves. We connect two of them, after which we fix the third one with a small protrusion among them. Next, you need to glue the petals of the chamomile flower from satin ribbons. It remains to assemble the flower together.

The resulting void in the center is filled with glue. This in turn will also help to securely fasten all the parts. We wait until the glue dries slightly and attach the prepared core. This can be an ordinary button or, as in this MK, a specially made part. Next, you need to turn the chamomile over and close the base with another prepared element of a larger size.

As a result, we get a couple of delicate daisies made from ribbons. These flowers can be used as accessories. Attach rubber bands to them and you will get a wonderful hair decoration. Also, as an additional decoration, daisies can be decorated with ladybugs.

leaves options to daisies

Consider a few options for creatingleaves for chamomile. The first is the easiest and quickest. You just need to cut out leaves from green satin ribbon and singe them with a little stretching. Further, such blank to be glued to the back side of the flower.

The next method is more labor-intensive, but as a result, you will get original two-color castings for your chamomile.
The presented leaves will have a sharp shape and consist of ribbons of two colors. For work, prepare two elements in the form of squares five by five centimeters. One detail of each shade.
Let's make a simple sharp petal.Take the squares and fold them in half. Next, the resulting triangle of a lighter color must be inserted between the borders of the dark one. Do this in such a way that the borders of the light green blank are slightly visible by two or three millimeters.

The resulting element must be folded againin half and cut off unnecessary parts by soldering the back edges. As a result of the operation, we get the following petal of a sharp shape. The edge can be formed both on the right and on the left side.

We make three similar leaves, as in the photo for two daisies. All that remains is to connect them to each other. We do this with a glue gun or Moment "Crystal" glue.
The gluing process takes place in several stages:

  • At the beginning of a couple of petals connect. That will be the bottom. To lock out, drip a drop of glue in the corner of the part;
  • Smeared with glue the lower end of the central leaf and put it between two glued bottom. Lightly keep your finger on the leaves to allow the adhesive to grab.
  • These are beautiful leaves can you get.

Choose the method you like to create beautiful kanzashi daisies with interesting details.
