Apple keyboard in Steampunk style
A remake of an Apple keyboard with a steampunk style using genuine leather, metal and acrylic. Made very beautifully and neatly. It’s impossible not to admire this modding!
It is worth noting that the styling was performed withoutdisassembling the keyboard itself - all elements were installed on top of the plastic. According to the author, this approach is due to the fact that Apple keyboards are difficult to alter and even disassembling them without consequences is almost impossible. Modding instructions can be found here. True, it is not as detailed as we would like, but the main steps are quite clear and visual.
